Guarantee
-Becky Sharp Designs is committed to providing the highest quality products and services. Products displayed for sale are backed by a Guarantee against flaws in workmanship. Flaws in workmanship include joint failure at soldered, glued, or stitched joints, and only in the event that the failure occurs under normal wear or use. Hand-crafted items should not be stressed or used beyond the intended design of the product. Any other irregularity is not considered a flaw in workmanship, but a naturally occurring characteristic of the hand-crafted process or material. Every attempt is made to ensure the proper handling, preparation, and assembly of all the materials used. Additionally, each product is thoroughly inspected before being shipped.
-Due to the nature of some of the materials used that are made by others, Becky Sharp Designs can not guarantee all materials. Materials not guaranteed include, but are not limited to, stained glass pieces, necklace chains, jewelry findings (jump rings, earwires, clasps, etc), book cloth, threads, paper used outside or inside books (including album refill sheets).
-In the event that a flaw in workmanship is discovered, refer to our Shipping/Returns policy.
Caring For Your Stained Glass Jewelry: Some of the stained glass jewelry pieces are coated with a special lacquer finish and should not be polished. Other stained glass pieces are not coated with lacquer and may be gently polished with a silver polishing cloth around the soldered edges. Refer to the care instructions accompanying your purchase to determine which pieces you own. If any of the stained glass pieces get dirty, they may be gently cleaned with a damp cloth. Additionally, silver chains and findings may also be gently polished with a silver polishing cloth to restore the original shine. When not wearing jewelry, keep in a sealed container or baggie to prevent tarnishing due to oxidation.
Warning: Do not subject lacquered stained glass jewelry to any type of chemical solvent, including but not limited to: hair products (especially hairspray), skin products, cleaning products, silver polishes, etc. Solvents will dull or permanently damage the lacquer finish. Credit or exchanges cannot be made for products damaged this way.
